A patient who was from a very high class society was ill and suffered a deadly disease.She was arrogant, dominating, refusing procedures and downrating the staff in her initial admission.As the days rolled on, the disease progressed and detoriated her health day by day. She was able to realize in what stage she was and slowly started accepting the care,respecting and treating the staff with dignity and made a quick familial relationship with the entire team of nurses who cared for.Even when her children's were not able to understand her needs of personal hygiene and showing them in the vitals and agitating manners in the end of life period,a nurse understood the need of personal hygiene,just cleaned her ,which ceased her agitating manner and vitals stabilised immediately. Later in the evening when she neared to the death ,entire family member surrounded her but it was a nurse who whispered in her ear saying that "you are surrounded with your most valuable and lovable childrens and family members".As hearing is the last sense to be detoriated in a person .In few minutes she passed away which touched the entire nursing team's hard work to make her as much as comfortable in the best possible way.
