EHR is electronic health record . It is for the welfare and the smooth functioning of the hospital process so that the staffs working their can spend more time for patient care and their recovery . To make it happen it should be appropriate and according to the functioning of hospital works . Here ,we are discussing about the making of calender for 2030. Making a calender is easy but making it in coordination with the EHR system is the task . Because if it's not in accordance with the EHR then it's just a waste . Both of them will work in two opposite directions. To avoid this before making the calender , a meeting should be held between the staffs , IT persons , and physicians to inculcate the needs and take actions appropriate to that . Some of the major things to be taken into consideration are :-
- the position of the calender
- formatting of calender
- highlights should be present which should indicate the important days
- one step process it should be
- the numbers and days must be large and bold enough to see it clearly
