The data performance includes collecting information, analysing, interpreting as well as implementing information. Every organization has their own way of data collection and hence there could be risk of improper methods of data collection. This reduces the authenticity of the information. Hence this could be the greatest barrier. Some of the specific performance measures enable the healthcare professionals to identify the drawbacks.
