Ethics committee meant to address the problems related to ethical issues in a hospital. Therefore the involvement of every department is important. Each member of the committee is equipped with some roles.First of all each member should be educated about ethical issues. Decisions regarding the changes in policies and guidelines should be made together.

Ethics committee members reviews decisions and provide necessary recommendations to improve the hospital administration and employee issues.The decisions taken must respect the values and legal rights from the patient side too. The role of each member is crucial in order to maintain the ethical culture of the organization.
