ANSWER- PATHOPHYSIOLOGY OF HIP FRACTURE-
A break in the proximal end of the femur.
Hip fracture can occur at any age. Most common cause are fall , road traffic accident , osteoporosis.
Reduction in bone mass caused by an imbalance between bone resorption and bone formation - increased bone resorption or decrease bone formation results in osteoporosis.
