Research critique is a process of giving feed back to a research or article for the improvement.For a qualitatitive research article if we are giving a critique according to our sound body of knowledge the researcher can get the feed back from others and thus improve their study with out any error and the researcher may made changes in their study results in the improvement and it can be used as an evidence based with out any mistakes and made it in the form as applicable to patient.

Critique we can say it as a critical review or commentary of a study,especially by one dealing with a literary or artistic work contribute to get feed back to the researcher to improve their study standards and made the study as a evidence based.

Here the study is based on the abstinence of people from the consumption of meat and animal products is a cultural tradition or beleifs practices in some religions.These vegetarians avoid all the animal foods ,as well as they avoid all the animal products for clothing or other practices.Here for the vegetarians they thought that the vegetarian diet was less harmful to the environment.The vegetarian ecoomy contributes to ecosystem health by reducing the impact on the environment and economies of pollution,intensive faming and land degradation by grazing.Healthy vegetarians were more concern about their diet and above concern for animals.Here in the study we can see that the main reason for being as vegetarian is as avoid killing animal for their products and is because of the desire to avoid killing animals for human consumption.Vegetarians thinks that animals should not be mistreated for human benefit.

In my view the main critique for the study is the peoples who are abstinence from the animal products were lack of the main nutrients such as :

*Vitamin B12

*Creatine

*Carnosine

*Cholecalciferol

*Docosahexaenoic acid

*Heme-iron

*Taurine

*Calcium

*Zinc

*Vitamin D

*Riboflavin

*Alpha-linolenic acid

But in the study the researcher were not mention regarding the deficiencies of aome main nutrients thay were lacking,and they were not mention regarding the importance of the animal diet and the plant diet lacking of the nutrients.The people who are avoiding or abstinence from these animal products were lacking of these important nutrients and results in the deficiencies of nutrients that leads to some of the nutrient deficient problems and need to take to the stage of nutritional supplements.

Means "The quality of being trusted in"

The vegetarians are trusted in vegetarian diets and are avoiding all the animal products.The vegetarians beleive that to live a longer life,eating healthy is a key component in vegetarian diet.They thought that eating animalproducts are cosidered as unhealthy foods and can really change the personality.The vegetarians are (participants) are thinking that they are somuch healthier and alive,and also awesome to feel awake and alive with out ant ill effects from the diet
