1. Active Methylene Hydrogens are more acidic than non active Methylene Hydrogens.

1,3-diketone is more acidic than 1,3-diester than simple ester.

2. Electron donating groups (OMe, Br, alkyl group) increases the reactivity towards Electrophilic substitution while withdrawing group(NO2,CN and ketone) decreases the reactivity towards Electrophilic substitution.

3. Alkene behave like nucleophilie hence they undergo Electrophilic Addition reactions while Aromatic Compounds undergo Electrophilic substitution since to retain the aromatic character.. if they undergo addition reaction like Alkene they lost aromatic nature.
