Food is one of our basic physiological needs . Without it we can't survive . Food is the thing which gives or provides the vitals nutrients such as carbohydrate ,proteins ,fats , vitamins, minerals etc . There are different types of food based on the culture and ethnicity . Different regions ,states ,countries has its own food culture . In the early times the families used to have food prepared at home only and not used to go out for restaurant and hotel and were the lucky one to have the nutural ,pesticide free fruits , vegetables and other foods . With the time , modernization changed the types of foods in the people's life as most of them have no time to cook due to their heavy schedule working hours . Most of them have their food outside . These days the fancy restaurant have taken the hook like KFC'S , McDonalds etc . People are getting addicted to this kind of foods without knowing or knowingly also about its bad affects to health it is causing . Due to the intake of these foods the percentage of cardiovascular diseases , obesity , stroke , have been increased .
In our family we don't have food from outside as it is strict because of my father . Be says you cook at home and have it whether it is a pizza . But I have atleast once a month something from outside . As a health are worker what I have to say is that everything should be in limit but when it crossess the limit it will show it's symptoms . Having food from outside once or twice is ok but everyweek or everyday is very much injurious to health . We only have to suffer the impacts of our habits . No other one will suffer . So , try to be healthy and eat healthy.
