it is not surprising that adolescene are highly prone to decision making that result in risky behaviors, and many people may attribute this solely to thier still debeloping brain and lack of maturity. although this may seem like a logical conclusion, it is simply not the whole picture; a common criticism of many adolescent health promotion program is that they fail to address the egocentric dimension of a decision making. a key concept present during a teens cognitive development known egocentrism plays a large role in the beliefs , decision making, behavior and impression manangement observed through out the developmental stage.

as the adolescences age is age of experimentation so that people make there own design and that lead to harm the clients

for example youth start alcohol consumption for first time as an experiment and by its regular use and euphoria nature it lead to the habitual to clients and lead to various problem which cause detorition in the health
