As per Pediatric Medication formula

Doctors ordered (6mg) X total dilution of the drug (10ml) / total available drug dose (25mg)

As per above formula doctors ordered 6 mg of benadryl every 6 hours,

benadryal 6mg X 10 ml / 25 mg = 2.4 ml/per dose

so we need administrate 2.4 ml of  benadryal per dose
