These are we will consider as future health care challenges.

Forexample : to improve health information technology, from now onwards there will be an education regarding how to use new technological mechanics and systems, so that we can improve the knowledge of health care team people.

Regular classes should be arrange on information technology.

That is continuous education and in-service education.

2. Work force it is also one of big health care challenge in future.

Because due to less staff recruitment there will be burden on who are working.

So adequate staff recruitment and training must be there.

There will be good work division to all health care team, so that we can reduces the health care burden.
