Recent patient satisfaction surveys have had comments such as “the nurse and the doctor were more interested in the computer than me” and “I felt like they were treating the machines not the person connected to them.”

Answer: Although the use of the Advanced technology has increases the efficiency and efficacy of the healthcare professionals to diagnose as well as treat the patients and also provide them better healthcare services. But these technologies such as mobiles, or the other devices sometimes becomes a barrier in the patient's treatment.

Most of the physician generally not concentrate on the patient's problem or while they are mentioning their health issues, the physician busy in their phones, this causes bad impact on the patient. It seems that the physician is not at all interested in their problems or paying attention to them. This also causes sometimes medication errors and issues.
