Apply the nursing process to a personal problem. I need at least two sets of examples. One can be personal like planning an event or health-related that can be shareable. I am having trouble thinking of one. Thank you in advance.

Personal problems refers to a persons inability to manage certain things in life in their day to day life.Some of the personal problems like anger ,fear ,relationship breakage,dark skin complexion,health problems like excessive weigh or excessive weight loss ,skin look etc.,

• Overeating
• Weight gain
• Craving for foods
• Other medical conditions
• On medication use

Diagnosis

Body image disturbance related to excess body fat as evidenced y over weight

Planning

• To plan a diet modifications
• Planning to do activities, exercise
• To 0revent comorbid disorders

Implementation

• High fat foods are avoided
• Daily exercise done from 30 to 60minutes

Evaluation

• Maintaining a normal weight as per height and age

Complexion

Assessment

• Dark skin

Diagnosis

Ineffective coping mechanism related to dark skin as evidenced by shyness ,isolation, feeling low

Planning

• To understand the biological process of complexion
• Choosing optimistic wat of life

Implementation

• Developing a self attitude that each one are unique in the nature's creation ,where it cannot be changed but can be challenged by facing it courageously and overcoming it
• Practice stress relief buster to boost self

Evaluation

• Able to establish a good societal relationship
