Yes, FDA should be able to make exception to the standard drug approval process.

* FDA Must regulate and approve new prescription drug before they can supply to the public.

* they can make or prepare a drug according to the federal quality standards.

* FDA experts review the results of laboratory and animal and human clinical testing done by manufactures.

* after trails results only they can allow drug into the public.

* in case of any serious ness and any unmet needs and if any drug efficacy and standards are low that time the food and drug administration has to give exceptions to the drug release into society.

* so that time FDA a give chance to the manufacturing companies and prepare correct and quality standards of drugs.
