1)As per Taxation Laws of Canada, if Wife has already filed her Tax return Husband can still claim Basic WITB. To be Eligible for the WITB applicant or their spouse must be a Canadian Resident and must be at least 19 years of Age as of December 31 and can not be a full time student.
