A medically stable child who has burn injury on upper extremity bilaterally or in both hands need adapted equipment for most of the daily activities until recovers completely (eating,bathing,dressing,toileting) whereas the child doesn't need adapted equipment for walking or mobilisation

As the child has burns in both hands self compression ,garment applications by them are difficult and certainly painful

An exercise is not indicated during burns recovery

The child should be assisted for partial adapted equipment (spoons) and encouraged to do self care

Ans.Encourage independent ADDs with minimal reliance on adapted utensils and tools.

Ans.Instruct the chikd to used adapted equipment for allADLs
