Following are the fiduciary duties:-

1. Duty of care:- To remain alert about the responsibility of the organization, attend meetings by the board members and be educated about the industry they are conducting business.

2. Duty of loyalty:- To be loyal and not to enter into profit motive.

3. Duty of obedience:- To obey rules and regulations.
