The complete absorption of protein takes place in duodenum or proximal jenenum of small intestine.
Liver :
These amino acids are transported to the liverthrough hepaticportal vein.
This circulation is known as Entero hepatic circulation.
The liver regulates the amino acid levels in the blood . The liver transports the aminoacids to other organs .
