Mass of NaHCO3 = 1.92 g - 1.5624 g

= 0.36 g

Mol NaHCO3 = mass /molar mass

= 0.36 g / 84.007 g/mol

= 0.0043 mol

so mol acetic acid required = 0.0043 mol

Mass of acetic acid = mol x molar mass

= 0.0043 mol x 60.052 g/mol

= 0.26 g
