Answer: The above information shows that the patient is having high blood pressure as well as abnormal heart rate along with the respiratory rate. Arrhythmias may cause the heart to beat too rapidly, too slowly, or irregularly due to which the patient may experience fainting, chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue. The patient is obese which increases the risk of heart failure and other heart-related complications. Due to obesity the patient is more prone to cardiovascular disease. Atrial fibrillation symptoms often include heart palpitations, shortness of breath and weakness. For the diagnosis of atrial fibrillation Electrocardiogram or the portable ECG device is intended to monitor heart activity over a few weeks to a few months. This will show the result of the diagnosis.
