Answer #1

False imprisonment refers to the deliberate limitation of the movement of an individual without his or her approval and without the permission from the legal authorities within a certain limited area.

False imprisonment does not always mean the physical restraints but also the psychological and emotional restraints to the people maybe with some peropersacts or some wrongful governmental imprisonment etc. On the basis of the common law, the act of false imprisonment is considered to be a tort as well as a crime.

Because of the false imprisonment people will be considered to be a criminal and will be considered to be offender in their own society and treated rudely and unwantedly. Their image and their social role will be disturbed and considered as a disgrace for the society which may not go even when told or confirmed to be a false or mistaken situation.

Hence before doing anyt act on the public or before restraining a person the authority and the law makers should keep various different things on mind and should confirm before taking anyt kinds of actions with a solid proof.
