b.)

ans:-Yes, as we can see in the given histogram data have three or four peaks point with large observations and due to that we can not decide the shape of the distribution.

c.)

ans-Yes, at the first peak, at around 64, it attains maximum relative frequency. and data is centered at around 68 at the point graph is mounded up in two separate peaks. There may be another factor causing the distribution to be bifurcated to form two two peaks.
