Bubonic plague is transmitted by the bite of an infected flea. Pneumonic plague is transmitted by droplets.

So the 4th statement seems incorrect.

1. Botulism is caused by botulinum toxin produced by Clostridium botulinum. Its seen in contaminated canned foods. It prevents the release of acetyl choline and cause flaccid paralysis.

2. Viral hemorrhagic fever is caused by different viruses. Some are contacted by blood or bodily fluids while others are transmitted by mosquito or ticks.

3. Anthrax is usually not transmitted from person to person. Its transmited by people working with infected animals and animal products when they come in contact with bacteria and its spores.
