Answer: The health issues in the sub group ( 35- 50) is the increase in weight gain i.e obesity. People of these age suffers with the obesity which makes them more prone to many other diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Hypertension etc. These are the personal issues as one can easily maintain their body weight by indulging physical activities in their daily routine. A 35 minutes of walk can enhance the blood circulation in the body which provides oxygen to each parts of the brain, heart and tissues. This also decrease the risk of diabetes as well as those having diabetes can control their diabetes. They should include proper diet as well as healthy lifestyle.
