Goals for future nursing experience:
Patient-centered care: It will include the nurse from receiving the
patient to discharging the patient..patient satisfaction is the
number one goal which we have to set the nurses for future
Improve technology skills: Patient expect excellent care from
medical professional..New technology involve nurse to think
advanced and data monitoring which improves patient care..
Focus for higher education: Have a goal to improve a
knowledge,skills and learning something higher to provide positive
feedback and improve the delivery of care.
Improve interpersonal skills: Patient-nurse communication and
collaboration can improve the care effectively,it promote patient
satisfaction and knowledge improvement..
Focus on higher level: Have a goal to improve your career to higher
level like nurse manager,coordinator etc..
Knowledge gained from the assigned client:
Assigned patient care is our important part of
responsibility..There will be challenges it continue when caring
culturally variable patient..interrelationship is the important
factor where we can provide best health outcome for the
patient..Interactive nursing aspects focus on problem
solving,assessment,critical thinking and ability to change patient
from their critical situation..Health outcome include cost
effective,safety.restricted activities for nurses,it make nurses to
follow legislation and regulation..policy and standards make us to
walk towards knowledge,skills and competence..interprofessional
collaboration is an important aspect when we handle the critical
situation..culturally focus care improve patient
satisfaction..Technology skills make the work easier by making data
entry..shared accountability provide quality of care..patient trust
the nurse due to our communication,collaboration,respect and
responsible and knowledge..
Student in this situation:
student must have confidence and positive first impression..They
have to get interprofessional relationship with their team for
problem solving and best clinical practice..They must cultivate a
positive work environment by utilizing
knowledge,skills,collaboration..They should have a self-confidence
to handle a patient..Their behavior and cultural disorientation
should not make patient into harm..Patient safety should be the
first priority clinical practice..Professional intelligent and
competent will bring the student to success with their
carrier..patients always expect for nurses with knowledge and
experience..provide positive image to patient which reflect your
professional image..Adopt the policies and provide positive
interaction with client..As a student good manner in clinical
setting make the student to handle the situation with
