Some special grants are available for the research project. The grant given is according to the integral role the nurses are carried out and may be given for clinically based research. For example, NLN nursing education research grants. The maximum grant allowed is $30,000. It supports high-quality studies related to the development of the science of nursing education.

An online submission system is used to accept the review file in order to get the NLN research grants. The online submission system contains the following criteria.

  1. Title page
  2. Proposal Narrative
  3. Budget
  4. References cited
  5. Appendices
  6. Support letters
  7. Consultants' letters
  8. IRB approval and informed consent/instruments
  9. Instruments
  10. Qualifications of the PI Form
  11. Biosketch Form for PI, Co-PIs and consultants The review process determines the eligibility of getting an NLN grant according to the above-mentioned steps.
