1) in above question , the patient is having right sided hemeplegia and he want wear a shirt .

There are two general principles to keep in mind in all dressing and undressing procedures For hemiplegic person are :

• The AFFECTED (weaker side goes in first in dressing .
• The AFFECTED (weaker side comes out last in undressing .

Here , We should think about the type of the shirt is accurate to patient with right sided hemeplegia .

1. Try to find clothes that are loosely fitting . Loose sleeves and large head openings will make it easier to put on  top, jumpers etc. Elasticised waists can also help greately with pulling up or down trousers.
2. T shirts with designs and pictures on the front can help with getting tops on the correct way round .
3. When buttons ,zippers ,snaps and buckles are used : Use larger than usual . Take Off original buttons and replace with larger ones that are easier to manage.
4. Use the zips rather than buttons For shirts .
5. We should provide easy accessible and magnetic buttons shirt ,it is easy to wear and less strain For patient and care giver.

Assist the client in weaker side first and allow him to wear the shirt as his own .

Provide support For patient at right side first to wear and then left side.

2) the patient is having difficulty feeding due to osteo arthritis .

So as a health care provider ,ask the patient meal time, wash his hands , arrange the bed table and keep the towel on him .

Place the items needed For feeding within easy reach of patient

If the patient is unable to feed with hands ,provide spoon or fork as he want .

If he unable to feed with spoon , feed the clientand sit in a chair close to the client .

Avoid spillage of food and cross contamination of food .

3) mobility aids that help people with parkinson's get up or stand including the couch and bed cane ,bed rail , transfer handle and gait belt etc.

Other useful items For people with parkinsons include wheelchair backups , bags , Pouches and personal alarms For safety .

Provide gait belt For patient to stand up and simple walking .
