Small function= small(array, nth position)

Array freezed ,it indicates the range of data and $ signed used for fix the cells and no modification(range of data) is not required when it drag to other cells.

nth position keeps on changing so $ signed not used . above E cell has Rank means ' n' and F cell has range of data
