Impact of breast feeding for working women :

• Employment of mothers outside the home ,especially full time employment had a negative influence on duration of breastfeeding
• It has deleterious effect on initiation of breastfeeding .
• there is no adequate time for working mother breastfeed their babies
• Lack of privacy rooms for breast feeding in workplace and lack of break at work place lead to poor growth in babies
• Babies may not get the adequate breastmilk .
• Satisfaction for mother will be less compared to other moms who are at home .
• Bonding will be decreased .
• Mother may get early menstruation or conception if not breast feed properly .
• The babies immunity will be fallen due poor breastfeeding and may have chance to get frequent respiratory infections or diarrhea etc .
• Infant growth and development will be down and cognitive impairement also may appears.
• Mother may get breast engorgement if not empty her breast properly
• Due to improper breastfeeding ,mother may prone for ovarian ,or breast cancers .
