Traits or characteristics:

* self confidence to do any work.

* open mindedness for any problems .

* willingness to the things any one will give good suggestions.

* allertness for any problems to think creatively.

* shows flexibility to change the any alternatives.

* understand the any opinions of others helping people.

Skills and abilities :

* they will have the analytical skills like analysing the if any problem arises.

* good communication skills to overcome the problems.

* innovative skills to get new ideas.

* problem solving skills.

* they will show open and broad minded skills.

For example, when I given assignment for my students to create a models or to prepare visual aids, they used their creativity like using paints, thermocol, sketches, colours, palithin sheet, and some of reality things like bio medical waste, they collected and prepared model of bio medical waste management.

It is looks like real process only.

So the creativity is different in all individuals.
