American with Disability Act (1990).
It is a civil act which prohibits discrimination towards people who are living with disabilities.This act also covers the employment sector where the employer should provide accomodation to the disable people so that they have accessible requirements.
In this act it clearly includes that disability is not only physical but also mental health.And the people should have equal opportunities as normal people.
Organisations are fined if they violates the ADA .For first violation they are fined with $75,000 and for subsequent violation it is of $150,000.
