If i was at the place of accident i will respond in the following procedures that is accident is serious because accident that results in broken of bones,major injuries,trauma takes place in vehicles accidents.

Health and safety guidelines for emergency condition include:

• First aid
• Responding to accident.
• Contact in case of emergency services.
• Recording and reporting to the police station.

In an emergency services,assess it by checking ABC

• Danger:Safety should be the first step in an accident place.Then check if the victim has any signs of bleeding,head injury, broken bones.Either victim is in conscious or unconscious.
• Airway: Check air way is clear or not.Open the victim mouth and check their airways removing if any object that block the throat of victim.
• Breathing:If victim is has sufficient breathing or check by observing the movements of the chest.
• Circulation:Check the pulse of the victim.If the pulse was observed call for emergency 999.If victim don't have pulse, start cardio pulmonary resusciation immediately that can be performed by starting the 5 rescue breath followed by the 15 chest compression and 5 rescue breath and chest compression repeat these process untill the apper of the emergency.

Call in case of emergency services:

• If the victim conditions can deteriorate rapidly by accident,call for medical emergency if any victim are in unconscious, convulsing, severe bleeding,difficulty in breathing.

Respond to accident:

• It is also important to remain calm and can able to communicate with emergency services for help as quickly as possible.
• In case of emergency,Call 999,for ambulance and share location,communicate with emergency about an accident,give them your telephone number that help the rescue teat to contact you.

Record and report to police station:

• It is legal duty of every citizen to intimate and record the incident clearly to the police by signing and dating the incident.
• Sometimes accident may be small but the potential become serious or life threatening.
