In order to achieve the goal of improving workers' diet by educating them on the importance of the balanced diet and making fruits and vegetables accessible to them while at work, the nurse has to set some objectives regarding this and these objectives are as follows :-

  • conducting a seminar on the importance of the balanced diet, and fruits and vegetables in the food consumed by the workers during their work. This seminar should be attended by all the employees and employer of the factory.

This objective should be implemented within a week.

  • Fruits and vegetables should be made available to the workers by the employer of the factory. Both Nurse and the employer should regularly monitor the consumption of balanced diet along with fruits and vegetables by the workers.

This objective should be implemented within a month.

These objectives should be evaluated by assessing the health conditions of the workers. Work productivity and efficiency should also be assessed to evaluate the above objectives. This is how the above created objectives in order to achieve the goal of improving workers' diet can be evaluated.
