Before the procedure start it is the responsibility of the nurses to educate the patient and family members regarding the purpose of the procedure, its complications or risks, importance of consent for doing of the procedure, benefits of the procedure to be explained and taught so that the procedure is made in a successful way.

3. While collecting the health information from the patient the nurse should collect the information on which hematological disorders patient is having.
