height , h = 0.55 m

let the number of reps be N

the total energy consumed , TE= 310 Cal = 1297.04 J

1297.04 = N * energy consumed in each rep

1297.04 = N * m * g * h

1297.04 = N * 30 * 9.81 * 0.55

solving for N

N = 8 reps

the number of reps is 8 reps
