As a democratic leader , I will introduce the clinician to standardise terminologies and invovle them in discussion about EHRs before contacting potential software vendors because the work is done by the staffs so if there is an introduction or plan to use any new software they would be involved in that as the major components to know what kind of software they need according to their needs while providing care and services to the patient .
