The property of a liquid that measures the liquid's resistance to flow is viscosity.

Heat of vaporization measures the heat required by a liquid to be converted to it's vapour form.

Surface tension is the property by virtue of which a liquid attains it's minimum surface area. This property explains why objects denser than water are able to flow in the surface of water.

Boiling point is the temperature above which the liquid is converted to it's liquid state.

Viscosity is the property of a liquid to resist it's flow. Thus it is also called liquid friction. It is assumed that a bulk liquid is made up of various layers of the liquid. As the liquid is subjected to force, the upper layers flow. But the layers below apply friction and slow down this flow. It's like trying to move a box on the ground, where the force of friction slows down the movement of the box.

Thus viscosity is the property of a liquid to resist flow of a liquid.
