Both the solutions need 15 mEq of Chloride salt.

Thus total Eq of Chloride needed = 15 mEq * 2 = 30 mEq

1 Equivalent of Chloride contains 1 mole of Chloride ions. Thus,

Moles of Chloride needed= 30 mmol

Atomic Mass of Chloride = 35.453 g/mol

Thus, mass of chloride ion needed = Moles * Atomic Mass = (30 mmol) *(35.453 g/mol) = 1063.59 mg

Concentration of Stock Solution = 231 mg/ml

Volume needed = Mass/Concentration = (1063.59 mg) / (231 mg/ml) = 4.6 ml

Thus the answer will be b) 4.6 ml

Concentration of Stock Solution = 231 mg/ml
