Nursing diagnosis - Risk for severe hemorrhage related to anticoagulant dabigartran .

Rationale - in this case patient is having stenosis and he is scheduled for angiogram . Patient is taking dabigartran for atril fibrillation because in atrial fibrillation development of clots occur for which anticoagulant is given . Now the patient is scheduled for the procedure angiogram . His anticoagulant should be stopped a day before surgery otherwise he will have severe hemorrhage .
