1, The interviewer must ask accurate and related questions to the client..closed ended questions help Patient to share their feelings than open ended questions..The interview should know the psychological factors that provide the information when collecting their history.. cultural variation may be different in communicating and seek help from an interviewer..so interviewer must ask alternate questions for less responsive client..

Comprehensive assessment with closed ended questions make Patients data easier.. interviewer should use proper language when interviewing patient as per their age, education,social class and ethnicity..

Structured interview will be closed questions make easy to test reliability..During interview interviewer should not add any new questions.. structured interview provide quantitative data..

Unstructured interview is a informal interview..it contains open ended questions and it is more flexible reflects the client understanding on situation..it has increased in validity and provide more understanding and classification for interviewers..it is a time consuming,expensive data collection..Interviewer skills must be needed with ability to provide rapport and knowing when it should be done..
