OCD	strong obsessions regarding specific activities	SSRI + exposure and response prevention
PANIC DO	sudden paroxysmal anxiety with feeling of impending doom	benzodiazepine SOS
MAJOR DEPRESSION	low mood, anhedonia, dec psychomotor activity, dec sleep, dec apetite, dec libido, death wish, suicidial ideation	SSRI or tricyclic antidepressants + cognitive behavioural therapy
