The reccomendations I have to get the physicians back on track, having more of them i.e. reducing their workload so that they don"t get burned out. This can be done by reducing the costs of medical schools. Increasing the salary of the physcian is also another solution. The patients should also take more of the initiative as if they become aware the physicians cannot neglect them.

I have to say, much like the patients that took the survey in our discussion, if I continuously had to wait excess times at my doctors office, I would work on finding a new doctor's office. Considerably long wait times are unacceptable and very disrespectful of the patient's time. Building loyalty and trust is important in any relationship.
