Answer #1

#. These rhythms are :-

1. Supraventricular tachycardia - rapid heart rhythms above ventricle

-narrow QRS complex, but wide QRS if there is a bundle branch block

2. First degree AV block Type 1- occurs when impulses

from atria are consistently delayed during conduction through the AV node.

3. Atrial fibrillation - is a supraventricular tachyarrhythmia defined by rapid, irregular atrial activation

-->loss of coordinated atrial contraction

-->irregular electrical input to the AV node typically leads to sporadic ventricular contraction rate

4. Sinus Bradycardia - Rate: <60 bpm

Rhythm: P-P interval regular, R-R interval regular

P Waves: Positive (upright) in lead II, one precedes each QRS complex, P waves look alike

PR Interval: 1. 0.12-0.20 sec and

Constant from beat to beat

QRS:1.<0.10 sec unless an intraventricular conduction delay exists, it can be as long as .12 sec

5. Atrial flutter - Atrial Flutter

Occurs when a rapid impulse originates in the atrial tissue

P-P interval or flutter-flutter waves will be regular. R-R interval is usually irregular, but occasionally it may be regular
