Ans) - A bacterium is a single, but complex, cell.. Viruses are smaller and are not cells. Unlike bacteria, they need a host such as a human or animal to multiply. Viruses cause infections by entering and multiplying inside the host's healthy cells.

- Microorganisms capable of causing disease—or pathogens—usually enter our bodies through the eyes, mouth, nose, or urogenital openings, or through wounds or bites that breach the skin barrier. Organisms can spread, or be transmitted, by several routes.

- Symptoms include:

fever.
feeling tired or fatigued.
swollen lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, or groin.
headache.
nausea or vomiting.

- Antibiotics are prescribed indicating the C- reactive , WBC counts to tackle the Infection.
