S2 is the second heart sound heart during closure of both aortic and pulmonic valves.

But it is slipts on inspiration and single on expiration.

S2 is the combination sound of A2 (aortic closure) sound and P2 (pulmonic closure).

Usually auscultation of heart sounds should be done with patient making comfortable and relaxed in supine position. Or in situp.
