Here Initial kinetic energy given to proton = increase in PE

qV = kq1q2/r

1.6e-19*V = 9e9*1.6e-19*1.6e-19/[1.4e-15 +1.2e-15]

V = 9e9*1.6e-19/[1.4e-15 +1.2e-15]

= 553846 V answer
