Apple shaped body is associated with this particular obesity. With more abdominal fat .

Question 12 In order to meet the daily nutritional requirement. The calories required by male is 2000 calories whereas female requires 1600 calories if they are living sedentary life style with less work.

Question 13 anthropometrics estimate person percentage of fat by comparing weight on land to underwater weight. This method is called BOD POD method and study shows it is extremely accurate.

Question 14 Generalized obesity is typically found in females. Pear shaped body shape with more fat accumulation in whole body and higher in waist and thighs.
