Training to all employees is very important to offer training to all employees and to discuss what is acceptable in terms of discussing faith in the workplace. As religion is very conflicting topic among two employees of different religions it results can be devastating and harmful to workplace.

Training is an important part of overall efficiency development of an employee . A training process must cover other aspects of improving work culture and not only a course on working process . It is important to maintain a health ambience in work place to promote efficiency . In a work place people come from various back grounds , castes , races , religions etc . To maintain peace and co ordination in this diversity proper training is of utmost importance . Discussions on faith should be limited since secular attitude and tolerance towards all religion can only boost friendly ties among co workers .

Any harmful or deregatory remarks about one's religion should be prohibitted in work place . Training should be provided in such a manner so that people avoid conflicting discussions and respect other religions . Strict actions should be taken if some employee tries to belittle another employee based on religion .
