  • Provide care related for her vaginal bleeding in terms of supporting her fluid status and blood standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the incision site clean and adequately dry that made for episotomy.
  • Teach breastfeeding pattern and provide breast care to these client.
  • assist her to take a bath within a period of hours or days after these process and help her to keep herself cleans.
  • Support her mental health and thought process about these new role in her life
  • Monitor and maintain her to have productive nutritious diet that are very essential for these time.
  • Assist the client to have a better movement and walking after these procedure to prevent further complication.
