It would be unethical for Perlman not to report inventory as obsolete according to IMA's statement of Ethical Professional Practice and also as the Assistant Controller of Richmond Inc.

According to IMA's statement of Ethical Professional Practice IMA members have a responsibility to comply with and uphold the standards of Competence, Confidentiality, Integrity, and Credibility. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, and so Perlman is duty bound to report the inventory.

Yes it should be pretty easy as per ethics too for Perlman to report this inventory as obsolete.

In my response i would reply to the query in a truthful manner and give my answer as much same as i think and know of Dr. Candler as the future of Kids he/she is going to teach will be at stake.
